Commissions are strictly for personal use only. Do not reproduce, redistribute, resell, trace, modify, or make merchandise out of my artwork.

I reserve all rights to the artwork. I am allowed to use the final artwork for my portfolio and to post it online. The client however, may request that I do not post the commissioned artwork publicly.

The final artwork may not be altered in any way.

The client is free to post or print the final artwork with proper credits. My watermark must be included in the posted/printed artwork.

My art style is fixed. I will not entertain commissions asking me to replicate another artist’s art style.

I reserve the right to decline commission requests for any reason.

I accept payment via GCash or BDO Bank Deposit for local clients, and Paypal for international clients.

Prices are listed in Philippine Peso (PHP) for local clients, and in United States Dollar (USD) for international clients. Prices are inclusive of Paypal’s additional fees for international clients.

Prices listed are only base prices. Prices are subject to change depending on the complexity of the commissioned artwork. Additional details are listed with my rates.

I require at least 50% down payment before starting on the commission. Please send proof of payment to my email address.

The remaining 50% must be paid before I send the final artwork. I will send a low-resolution version of the artwork with a watermark prior to payment. Once I receive proof of payment, I will send the final artwork.

Strictly no refunds once I’ve started with the commission.

If for whatever reason I am unable to continue working on the commission, the client will receive a full refund.

The client may send an inquiry via DM on Twitter/Instagram or an email with the commission details. Once I accept the commission, kindly let me your preferred mode of communication for updates.

I require reference photos before I start on the commission. Detailed descriptions and Pinterest boards (especially for commissions involving original characters) are also appreciated.

Turnaround time will take around three (3) to ten (10) days starting from the approval of the initial sketch. This depends on the complexity of the commissioned artwork and my own personal workload. Should I need more time to complete the commission, I will let the client know in advance. I also do not accept rush commissions.

By default, I work with an A4 canvas size for commissions. Kindly let me know if you would prefer a different canvas size (Important for printing and wallpaper purposes).

I allow up to two (2) revisions free of charge during the sketch phase. Any more revisions after that will be charged extra depending on the complexity of the revision. I do not accept any major revisions (change of pose, change of composition, drastic color changes etc.) during the rendering phase.

I will be sending progress photos throughout the process. I will let the client know if at any point I can not proceed with the commission until I receive their approval (for example, at the sketch phase). The client is not allowed to repost or redistribute any of the work-in-progress photos.

The final artwork will be sent via email in .png and .jpg format.
